You have several ways to make a reservation of the Vacation Apartment by requesting the information through the inquiry form, email, chatbot or phones.
Formalize the reservation
To complete the reservation you must make a deposit that will be indicated when requesting the reservation, which you can pay by bank transfer or using PayPal. This deposit is a "damage deposit" required to make the reservation and is refundable after check-out, when there has been no property damage.
Once the deposit is received, we will send you the reserve confirmation by email with all the necessary instructions to go to the apartment.
Booking cancellation policy
If you cancel the reservation, the deposit will not be returned.
What are the hours of arrival and departure in the apartment?
The apartment will be available from 4:00 p.m. The usual time for departure is 11:00 am. In our apartments there is no surcharge for being late.
How do I collect the keys?
The key collection procedure is very simple, you just have to call the host as soon as you arrive at the apartment and a person will come to receive you and give you the keys. The apartment address will have already been communicated in the reservation confirmation. It is important that you indicate the approximate time of arrival so that we can be prepared for your arrival. Please let us know before possible delays to avoid unnecessary waiting.
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, please use the terrace area to do that.
- Parties and/or events are not allowed in the apartment.
- Guests must be quiet between 23:00 and 07:00am.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests are required to show a valid photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- The number of people who can stay in the apartment must be assigned in each contract and must never exceed the number of people hired. In the event that this rule is not respected, we are entitled to ask the client to leave the apartment and the client will not have the right to claim any compensation.
