The apartment is located in Puerto Marina, around the islands, and is prepared to make your stay the most welcoming, in it you will find:

BEDROOM
It is a spacious room with a double bed (180x200cm), bedside tables with a plug next to the bed, a mirror and two large built-in wardrobes, a safe box, a balcony with views of the sea and the surroundings, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet.

The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm), night tables with a plug next to the bed, a mirror, two large built-in wardrobes, a safe box, and a balcony with views of the sea and the surroundings.

BATHROOM
The bathrooms have a shower, toilet, sink, and chest of drawers. You will also have a shower mat, laundry basket, hair dryer, and towels.

HALL
In the living room, you will find a double sofa bed (140x200cm), a Smart TV, a fireplace, the dining room, and a large glass door with access to the main terrace with views of the boats and Puerto Marina.

The entire apartment has air conditioning and central heating as well as free WIFI (private internet connection inside the apartment).

TERRACE
On the terrace, you will find comfortable furniture to sit in and enjoy the beautiful views, the sun, and the spectacular sunsets over the port.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, crockery, and everything you need to cook. You will also have an iron and ironing board.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor on the seafront of Puerto Marina ( please note there is no elevator in the building), you will have restaurants of all kinds, shops, a supermarket, and a taxi rank a few meters away.

The beach is just a 3-minute walk and the beautiful promenade is located below the apartment.

There is also public parking on the street that surrounds the building, it is not necessary to take a car given the convenience of the area as you will find absolutely everything you need in the vicinity of the building.

The apartment has a cot for children from 0 to 2 years old subject to availability, the price is 20 euros per stay per child.

A supplement will be charged in the case of:
– Check-in or Check-out later than 21:00 at an extra cost of 30 Euros.
– Check-in or Check-out later than 24:00 hours (00:00 midnight) at an extra cost of 40 Euros.
