The living room has 2 double sofa beds (130x190cm), a Smart TV with a table, a dining table with 4 chairs, a lamp, and 3 small tables.

KITCHEN
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with a ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, table oven, and refrigerator. You will also have a washing machine and dishwasher at your disposal.

BATH
The bathroom has a hydromassage shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and chest of drawers. You will also have a shower mat, towels, and a hair dryer.

You will have a large sunny terrace with frontal views of the sea, a table, chairs, and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying a family gathering.

The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right in front of La Paloma Park, where the animals are in full freedom, and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, Sealife Center, Cable Car, and Bill Bill Castle.

The distance to Santa Ana beach is 3 minutes walking.
