We are a holiday rental agency located in Benalmádena Costa. We offer a variety of properties, from apartments to holiday villas on the Costa del Sol. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service, with personalized attention available 24/7, so you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
All our properties include basic amenities, and our rates include linens, towels, internet access (private Wi-Fi within the property), TV, and a guest guide with all the tourist attractions you can visit, to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We accommodate all types of travelers, whether they are here for business, leisure, or holidays, and for those with more demanding needs, we offer transportation services, airport transfers, and more.

Tourist License
We'll inspect the apartment to ensure it meets the safety standards and requirements of the Andalusian Regional Government. We'll also assist and advise you on obtaining your tourist license and other legal requirements.

Professional Advertising
We conduct a professional photo shoot and take care of publishing the apartment on various vacation rental management websites such as Airbnb, Booking, Homeaway, among others, as well as offering the property to our clients.

Maintenance and Upgrade Management
We manage apartment cleaning and maintenance logistics, including repairs and necessary purchases of essential items. We also inspect the apartment before each check-in to ensure quality service.

Advertising marketing, ad control and positioning.
We position the ad on various websites and update prices daily so that the property can always compete, offering different deals to customers.

· How can I confirm a reservation?
After choosing the property to book and checking availability on our calendar, you will need to make a prepayment according to the current cancellation policy, which you can pay through the website using a credit card.

· Do I have to pay a security deposit for the apartment?
All guests are required to check in and pay the security deposit before entering the accommodation. The security deposit can be paid by credit or debit card via a payment link provided 7 days prior to check-in. All these details will be specified in the arrival instructions once your booking has been confirmed.

· Are the prices per person or per apartment?
Most of our apartments offer self check-in. Information on how to check in will be sent before your arrival. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is anytime until 11:00 AM sharp.

· What services are included in the price?
The total price includes all accommodation costs, sheets and towels, welcome pack (with toilet paper, hand gel, dish soap, sponge, etc.), access to the swimming pools (if available), cleaning at check-out and free services subject to availability included during your stay such as Wi-Fi.

· Who can help me if I need assistance or information during my stay?
Our guest services hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
For emergencies such as power outages, internet failures, or other breakdowns, you can contact us at (+34) 622354951 and (+34) 675656118. We also use WhatsApp.

· What is the reservation cancellation policy?
You can cancel without penalty fees up to 30 days before arrival.

· What are the apartment's check-in and check-out times?
Paloma Properties charges a percentage commission on each booking, after deducting platform fees (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and the cleaning fee, which is included in the booking amount.
The exact commission may vary depending on the property and its annual revenue.
