It is a spacious room with a double bed (180x200cm), bedside tables with a plug next to the bed, a mirror and two large built-in wardrobes, a safe box, a balcony with views of the sea and the surroundings, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet.

This charming apartment offers a comfortable stay with scenic views and modern amenities. The second bedroom features two single beds (90x200cm), night tables with plugs, a mirror, two large built-in wardrobes, a safe, and a balcony with sea and surrounding views.

The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, chest of drawers, shower mat, laundry basket, hairdryer, and towels.

The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed (140x200cm), a Smart TV, a fireplace, a dining area, and large glass doors opening to the main terrace with views of the boats and Puerto Marina. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has central heating, plus free private Wi-Fi.

The terrace offers comfortable seating for enjoying the views, sunshine, and stunning sunsets over the port.

In the kitchen, you’ll find a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, crockery, and everything needed to cook. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Guest Access: Located on the 1st floor of a building with no elevator, the apartment is perfectly situated on the seafront of Puerto Marina. You’ll find restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a taxi rank just a few meters away. The beach is a 3-minute walk, and the promenade is conveniently located below the apartment. Public parking is available on the surrounding streets, and a car is not necessary due to the apartment’s prime location.
