Comfortable apartment on the beachfront in the Benal Beach complex, next to La Paloma Park, just 2 minutes from the beach and Bil Bil Castle on foot. It has a room with two single beds (90cm) that can be joined together, a double sofa bed (140cm) in the living room, an extra single bed (80cm), built-in wardrobes, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, WIFI (private connection in the apartment), air conditioning (hot and cold), and a sunny terrace in the afternoon.
The Space
This fantastic apartment is 52m² and located on the beachfront in the Benal Beach complex, just a 2-minute walk from Bil Bil Beach.

Bedroom
It has a room with two single beds (90cm) that can be joined together, a built-in wardrobe, plugs near the bed, air conditioning, and an access door to the terrace with views of the gardens and pools.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and chest of drawers. You will also have a shower mat and towels.
Living Room
In the living room, you will find a double sofa bed (140x200cm), an extra bed for children (80cm), a television, air conditioning (hot and cold), a dining table with chairs, and a large glass door with access to the terrace. The entire apartment has WIFI (private connection within the apartment).
Terrace
On the terrace, you will find a table with chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful views, the sun, and the spectacular sunsets.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, tableware, and everything you need to cook. Guests will have access to a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.
Distance to the Beach
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is right in front of La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, the Sealife Center, the Cable Car, and Bil Bil Castle.

The distance to Santa Ana Beach is a 3-minute walk.

Other Things to Note
