The apartment is on the beachfront with frontal sea views in the Benal beach complex.

BEDROOMS
The main bedroom has a double bed, with a chest of drawers and a lamp, plugs on the sides of the bed and a wardrobe, it has a window with views of the gardens.

The secondary bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 beds, a nightstand with a lamp, and a closet.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a 3-seater sofa, a flat-screen TV with a table, a dining table with 4 chairs, a modern coffee table, and direct access to the terrace.

KITCHEN
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with an induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, oven, and fridge.

BATH
The bathroom has a shower, a modern toilet, and a sink with drawers. You will also have a shower mat and towels.

TERRACE
You will have a large sunny terrace with frontal views of the sea and the complex’s gardens, with tables, chairs, and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying a family reunion and the beautiful sunrises.

ENTRANCE HALL
Upon arrival, you will see the entrance hall with a small table with a mirror.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is right in front of La Paloma Park, where the animals are in freedom, and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, Sealife Center, Cable Car, and Bill bill castle.

The distance to Santa Ana beach is 3 minutes walking.

NOTE: Only one of the pools is open in winter (2023-2024), it is outdoors, PLEASE CHECK DATES. Claims for pool hours and possible restrictions on their access and operation will not be accepted, which must be respected at all times.

– AQUATIC BAR (available in summer).
– GARDENS and ARTIFICIAL LAKES.
– RESTAURANT AND SUPERMARKET within the complex.
– GAMES ROOM (available in summer).
– GYM (available for a supplement of €9/day per person, depending on the gym’s offers) and SPA.

Guests can use the parking lot and the communal pools for free. The opening and closing date of the pool may change so it is important to consult.
