Additional Notes

Additional Rules
General Conduct

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment; guests may use the terrace for smoking.
Activities that cause noise or inconvenience to neighbors are strictly forbidden, especially during quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
The tenant must respect both the apartment rules and the community rules of the Benal Beach Complex at all times.
Guests must turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the apartment.

Check-In Requirements

Guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in.
Guests are required to sign the entry form for the police, as mandated by Order INT/1922/2003, of July 3 regarding record books and entry forms for travelers in hotel establishments.

Reservation and Occupancy

It is not possible to add extra beds to this establishment.
Hosting individuals who are not specified in the reservation or subletting the apartment or its rooms is prohibited.

Community Areas

The complex has shared common areas, and guests must adhere to the community rules at all times.

Damages and Deposits

If there is any damage to the accommodation, the damage deposit or security deposit may be fully charged.
The tenant is required to return the apartment in good condition, including:

Clean sheets and towels without stains
Clean kitchen utensils
Failure to meet these conditions will result in an additional cleaning fee.
