It has a spacious room with a double bed (135x200cm), a built-in wardrobe, sockets near the bed, and a small balcony with views of the gardens and the sea.

BATH
The bathroom has a shower with a bath, toilet, sink, and chest of drawers. You will also have a shower mat, towels, and a laundry basket.

LIVING ROOM
In the living room, you will find a double sofa bed (140x200cm), an extra bed for children (80cm), a television, air conditioning (hot and cold), a dining table with chairs, and a large glass door with access to the terrace. The entire apartment has WIFI (private connection within the apartment).

TERRACE
On the terrace, you will find a table with chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful views, the sun, and the spectacular sunrises.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, juicer, dishes, and everything you need to cook. Also, guests will be able to use the washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.

Upon arrival, you will see the entrance hall that has a built-in wardrobe where you will have your cleaning supplies at your disposal.

The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right in front of La Paloma Park, where the animals are in full freedom and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina park, Sealife Center, Cable Car, and Bill Bill Castle.

The distance to Santa Ana beach is 3 minutes walking.
