The Space
The 88m² apartment is located on the beachfront with sea views in the Benal Beach Complex.
Bedrooms

The main bedroom has a NEW double bed (150cm x 200cm), two bedside tables with lamps, plugs on the sides of the bed, and a wardrobe. It has access to a private terrace with views of the sea and the gardens.
The secondary bedroom has two NEW single beds (90cm x 200cm), a nightstand with a lamp, and a wardrobe, as well as a window to the private terrace.

Living Room
The living room has a 3-seater chaise longue sofa that becomes a double sofa bed (140cm x 200cm), a flat-screen TV with a small table, a dining table with 5 chairs, a lamp, and a modern coffee table.
Kitchen
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and fridge.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a hydromassage shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and chest of drawers. You will also have a shower mat, towels, and a laundry basket.
Extra Room
The extra room has a single sofa bed, a coat rack, and a wardrobe, ideal when extra space is needed.
Terraces

A large terrace with frontal views of the sea, a table with chairs, an umbrella, and a sunbed, perfect for enjoying family gatherings.
Another smaller private terrace with access from the bedrooms, equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the sea and garden views.

Entrance Hall
Upon arrival, you will see the entrance hall with a large built-in wardrobe. It contains the washing machine, beach items (such as umbrellas), and cleaning supplies. Additionally, there is a chest of drawers with tourist information and hydro-alcoholic gel.

Distance to the Beach
The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is situated in front of La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, Tivoli Amusement Park, Sealife Center, the Cable Car, and Castillo Bil Bil.

The distance to Santa Ana Beach is a 3-minute walk.
