BEDROOM
It has a room with a 150cm Double Bed, built-in wardrobe, plugs near the bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, and a door to the balcony with views of the sea and the pools.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and chest of drawers. You will also have a mat for the shower, towels, and a hair dryer.

HALL
In the living room, you will find a double sofa bed (140x200cm), a Smart TV, air conditioning (hot and cold), a dining table with chairs, and a large glass door with access to the terrace. The entire apartment has WIFI (private connection inside the apartment).

TERRACE
On the terrace, you will find a table with chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful views, the sun, and the spectacular sunsets.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, crockery, and everything you need to cook. Guests can also have a washing machine and iron.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right in front of La Paloma Park, where the animals are in full freedom, and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, Sealife Center, Cable Car, and Bill Bill Castle.

The distance to Santa Ana Beach is 3 minutes walking. Built-in wardrobe plugs near the bed and a small balcony with views of the gardens and the sea.
