Cozy studio located in the central area of Benalmádena, 10 minutes from the beach and only 10 minutes from the Arroyo de la Miel train station, with an exceptional location for people who want to visit the entire province of Malaga without the need for a car.
The space
Minerva is a bright studio apartment located 10 mins walk from the beach and at walking distance from many bars and restaurants. It’s located in a popular resort that features a number of pools surrounded by gardens and terraces and a snack bar by the pool.
BEDROOM
It has a double bed, built-in closet, plugs near the bed, air conditioning, Smart TV and a balcony access door overlooking the sea.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and drawer. You’ll also have a shower rug, towels, and hair dryer towels, and a hair dryer.
LIVING
room In the living room you will find a double sofa bed (140x200cm), a Smart TV TV, air conditioning (cold and heat), dining table with chairs and a large glass door with terrace exit. The whole apartment has WIFI (private connection inside the apartment).
TERRACE
On the terrace you will find the table with chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful views, the sun and the spectacular sunsets.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has a refrigerator, ceramic glass, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, table oven and everything you need to cook. Guests will also have a washer and iron.
DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the center of Arroyo de la Miel.
The complex is located near La Paloma Park, where animals are in full freedom and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina park, Sealife Center, Cable Car and Bill Bill Castle.
