The Space

This fabulous studio apartment is located on the beachfront in the Benal Beach complex, 15 minutes on foot from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

It has 2 single beds and a double bed, built-in wardrobe, sockets near the bed, and a cozy terrace with views of the sea, gardens, and mountains.

In the living room, you will find a Smart TV, air conditioning, a dining area, and a large glass door with access to the terrace.

It also has a bathroom with a shower, sink, and chest of drawers.

On the terrace, you will find comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the beautiful views.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, oven, crockery, and everything you need to cook. Guests also have access to the washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.

Distance to the Beach

The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right in front of La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and is close to attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, Tivoli Park, Sealife Center, Cable Car, and Bil Bil Castle.

The distance to Santa Ana Beach is a 3-minute walk.

Other Things to Note
