Kitchen

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, and refrigerator. A washing machine is also available for use.

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and chest of drawers. You will also have a shower mat, towels, and a hairdryer.

Terrace

Enjoy a large sunny terrace with frontal sea views, a table, chairs, and sun loungers—ideal for family gatherings.

Distance to the Beach

The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel. The complex is located directly in front of La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and is close to attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, Sealife Center, Cable Car, and Bil Bil Castle. The distance to Santa Ana Beach is 3 minutes walking.

The apartment includes FREE COMMUNITY parking and PAID PRIVATE PARKING (subject to availability). Private parking costs 10 euros per night and must be reserved and paid in advance.

Other Things to Note
