30-Day Money-Back Refund Policy
At Paloma Properties, we are committed to providing a seamless booking experience for our guests. To ensure transparency and fairness, our refund policy adheres to applicable Spanish laws governing vacation rentals, specifically Decreto 28/2016 de Viviendas con Fines Turísticos de Andalucía.
Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund (Deposit):
Guests are eligible for a full refund of their deposit if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. - Partial Refund (Less Than 30 Days):
If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before check-in, the refund amount will be determined based on the following:- A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the deposit will apply for cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before check-in.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the check-in date.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
Any non-refundable fees explicitly stated during the booking process (e.g., administrative fees or third-party service charges) will not be reimbursed.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@palomaproperties.es.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the approved cancellation.
Additional Notes
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Paloma Properties reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Supporting documentation may be required.
- This refund policy is governed by Spanish law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Málaga, Spain.
