We present this exclusive and spacious 2 bedroom penthouse with sea views, located 15 minutes walk from the beach with two sunny terraces with BBQ, parking, and swimming pools with extensive gardens.

The space

The apartment has all the comforts, such as free WIFI, TV, central air conditioning, and comfortable rooms, with an ensuite bathroom and another bathroom with a bathtub for guests, you will also have a large kitchen. In the living room, you will find a large three-seater sofa, the dining room, and a door to a wonderful sunny terrace, with views of the sea and the surroundings.

BEDROOMS
The main bedroom is equipped with a large and comfortable double bed (150cmx200cm), where you can rest as being at home, two bedside tables with lamps, a plug near the bed, and a built-in wardrobe. It also has air conditioning (hot and cold) and blinds.

The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90cmx200cm), a bedside table with a lamp, a socket near the bed, and a built-in wardrobe. It also has blinds.

An extra 90cm bed will be available for a 5th guest if required.

BATHROOMS
In the ensuite bathroom, you can enjoy a large shower with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet. You will also have a mat for the shower, hairdryer, and towels.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and everything you need for cooking. You will also have a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

HALL
In the living room, you will find a large three-seater sofa, a TV, the dining room, and a large glass door with access to the terrace with views of the sea. The property has central air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living-dining area, and an excellent Wi-Fi connection (private internet connection inside the apartment).

TERRACE
The upper terrace is equipped with a dining table for 6 people, a barbecue, sun loungers, and an umbrella for the sun. The lower terrace has a table with two chairs and a clothesline for clothes.

A supplement will be charged in the case of:
