Beautiful apartment located in the Benal Beach Complex, just 2 minutes from the beach the Bil Bil walking. It has a room with a double bed, a room with a teleworking table with bunk beds, wardrobes, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, TV, WIFI (private connection inside the apartment), air conditioning (hot and cold) and a terrace with wonderful frontal views of the sea.

The space

The apartment is located on the beachfront with frontal sea views in the Benal beach complex.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a double bed, with chest of drawers and lamp.

The secondary bedroom has a 2 bed bunk bed, bedside table.

Living room
The living room has a 2-seater sofa, flat screen TV with a table, a dining table with 4 chairs, a modern coffee table and direct access to the terrace.

KITCHEN
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, oven and fridge.

BATH
The bathroom has a shower, a modern toilet, and sink with drawer unit. You will also have a shower mat and towels.

TERRACE
You will have at your disposal a large sunny terrace with frontal views of the sea and the gardens of the complex, with tables, chairs and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying a family reunion and the beautiful sunrises.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right in front of La Paloma Park, where the animals are in full freedom and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina park, Sealife Center, Teleférico and Catillo Bill Bill.

The distance to Santa Ana beach is a 3-minute walk.

NOTE: Only one of the pools is open in winter (2023-2024), it is outdoors, PLEASE CHECK DATES. Claims for pool hours and possible restrictions on their access and operation will not be accepted, which must be respected at all times.

– RESTAURANT AND SUPERMARKET within the complex.

– GYM (available for a supplement of €9/day per person, depending on the gym’s offers) and SPA.

Other things to note

Guests can use the parking lot and the communal pools for free. The opening and closing date of the pool may change so it is important to consult.
