The space

This fabulous studio apartment is located on the beachfront in the Benal beach complex, 15 minutes walk from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

LIVING ROOM BEDROOM
It has a double bed and a sofa bed for a child, built-in wardrobe, sockets near the bed and a cozy terrace with views of the sea, the gardens and the mountains.

In the living room you will find a Smart TV, air conditioning, the dining room and a large glass door with access to the terrace.

BATHROOM
It also has a bathroom with shower, sink and chest of drawers.

TERRACE
On the terrace you will find comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the beautiful views.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, crockery and everything you need to cook. Guests can also have access to the washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right in front of La Paloma Park, where the animals are in full freedom and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina park, Tivoli Park, Sealife Center, Cable Car and Bill Bill Castle.
