Banal Beach – SUIT II with see views and water park

Cozy studio located on the beachfront with sea views, in the Benal Beach complex next to La Paloma park, just 2 minutes from the beach and the Bil Bil castle on foot. It has a double bed, sofa bed, large built-in wardrobe, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, TV, WIFI (connection inside the apartment), air conditioning (hot and cold) and terrace with sea views.

The space

This fabulous studio is located on the beachfront in the Benal beach complex, a 15-minute walk from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM
It has a double bed (135x200cm) and a double sofa bed (135x200cm), a large built-in wardrobe, sockets near the bed, and a cozy terrace with views of the sea, the gardens, and the mountains.

In the living room, you will find a television, air conditioning, the dining room, and a large glass door with access to the terrace.

BATH
It also has a bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a chest of drawers.

TERRACE
On the terrace, you will find comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the beautiful views, the sun, and the spectacular sunrises.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishes, and everything you need to cook. Also, guests will be able to use the washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right in front of La Paloma Park, where the animals are in full freedom and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina park, Tivoli Park, Sealife Center, Cable Car, and Bill Bill Castle.

The distance to Santa Ana beach is 3 minutes walking.

FREE SERVICE INCLUDED:

NOTE: Only one of the pools is open in winter (2023-2024), it is outdoors, PLEASE CHECK DATES. Claims for pool hours and possible restrictions on their access and operation will not be accepted, which must be respected at all times.

– AQUATIC BAR (available during summer).
– GARDENS and ARTIFICIAL LAKES.
– RESTAURANT AND SUPERMARKET within the complex.
– GAMES ROOM (available during summer).
– GYM and SPA (available for a supplement of €9/day per person, depending on the gym’s offers).

Other things to note

Guests can use the parking lot and the communal pools for free. The opening and closing date of the pool may change so it is important to consult.
