We introduced you to this exclusive and spacious apartment with a lovely sea view, surrounded by tropical gardens, located 10 minutes walk from the beach, with a sunny terrace, located in the comfort of one of the most prestigious and quiet areas of Benalmádena, a few meters from the golf course.

The space

The apartment has all the amenities, such as free WIFI, Smart TV, air conditioning, and comfortable rooms, with an ensuite bathroom and another bathroom for guests, in the living room you will find a fireplace and two large sofas, you will also have the kitchen, the dining room and exit to a wonderful sunny terrace (all day) with frontal views of the sea.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed (150cmx200cm), where you can rest at home, two nightstands with lamps, a socket near the bed, and a built-in wardrobe. It also has air conditioning (hot and cold).

The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, two nightstands with lamps, a socket near the bed, and a built-in wardrobe. It also has a ceiling fan and heating (available only in winter).

BATHROOMS

In the ensuite bathroom, you can enjoy a shower, sink, and toilet. You will also have a shower mat, laundry basket, hair dryer, and towels.

In the guest bathroom, you can enjoy a sink and toilet.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and everything you need for cooking.

In the living room, you will find 2 large sofas, a television with Smart TV, a fireplace, the dining room, and a large glass door with access to the main terrace with views of the sea and the gardens. You will also have a washing machine, iron, and ironing table. The property has hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and kitchen area, and an excellent Wi-Fi connection (private internet connection inside the apartment).

The terrace is provided with a dining table for five people.

The apartment is located in an exclusive and quiet private urbanization with Finnish style, swimming pools, and wonderful tropical gardens. Strolling through the urbanization is a pleasant experience due to its beautiful tropical gardens, full of striking flowers, smells, and butterflies. You will have community parking right at the front door of the apartment.

The apartment is located 300 meters from the beach. At the entrance of the urbanization, you will find banks ATMs, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The bus stop for Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banús, Torremolinos and Málaga is 150 meters away. The airport is 15 kilometers away, and the train station is 3 kilometers away.
