The Los Maites Complex is located in Benalmádena, a municipality in the province of Malaga. Benalmadena is known for its beautiful beaches and its various tourist sites for the whole family. The modern Puerto Marina is characterized by the Sea Life aquarium and the yachts that moor it. Benalmadena has three main areas: Benalmadena Pueblo, Benalmadena Costa and Arroyo de la Miel. Malaga city (and the nearest airport) is about 10 km to the west, and Marbella is 42 km to the east. Benalmadena has a Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters, temperatures are an average of 30 ºC in summer and 17 ºC in winter. The temperature in Benalmadena becomes pleasant in winter. Loa Maites is located right in front of the beach and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina, the Benalmadena Cable Car and the Sealife Aquarium among others.
The complex has access close to the beach and the Bil Bil Castle. Bil Bil Castle is 50 metres from the accommodation, while Benalmadena Cable Car is 1.4 km away. The centre of Benalmadena and the Arroyo de la Miel train station is just a 25-minute walk from the complex.
Near the apartment there are several points of interest, such as the marina of Benalmadena (Puerto Marina), Tennis and paddle tennis courts within a 5-minute walk, golf courses and the Torrequebrada Casino at 2.3km.
The distance from the resort to the beach is only 50m. The complex has 3 swimming pools with gardens all around. The advantage of them is that in winter there is one open.
Los Maites is also located in a strategic point in Benalmadena is located close to multiple restaurants, bars and large supermarket, you do not need a car at all when staying in this apartment.
