The space

The Maites Complex is located in Benalmádena, a municipality of the province of Malaga. Benalmádena is known for its beautiful beaches and its different tourist places for the whole family. The modern marina is characterized by the Sea Life aquarium and the yachts that moor it.

Benalmádena has three main areas: Benalmádena Pueblo, Benalmádena Costa and Arroyo de la Miel. The city of Malaga (and the nearest airport) is about 10 km to the west, and Marbella 42 km to the east.

Benalmádena has a Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters, temperatures averaging 30ºC in summer and 17ºC in winter. Benalmádena’s temperature is pleasant in winter.

Loa Maites is located right in front of the beach and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina, Benalmádena Cable Car and Sealife Aquarium among others.

The complex has an exit close to the beach and Bil Bil castle. Bil Bil Castle is 50 meters from the accommodation, while the Benalmádena cable car is 1.4 km away. Downtown Benalmádena and the train station of Arroyo de la Miel is just a 25-minute walk from the complex.

Near the apartment there are several places of interest, such as the marina of Benalmádena (Puerto Marina), tennis courts and paddle tennis a 5-minute walk away, golf courts and Torrequebrada Casino 2.3km away.

The distance from the complex to the beach is only 50m. The complex has 3 pools with gardens around it. The advantage of them is that there is an open one in winter.

The Maites is also located in a narrow point in benalmádena. It is close to multiple restaurants , bars and large supermarket. You don’t need a car at all when staying in this apartment.
