This fantastic apartment has is located on the beachfront in the Benal beach complex, just 2 minutes from the Bil Bil beach on foot.

BEDROOM
It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed (150x200cm), built-in wardrobe, sockets near the bed and a small balcony with mountain views.

BATH
The bathroom has shower, toilet, sink. You’ll also have a shower mat, towels and a laundry basket.

Living room
In the living room you will find a double sofa bed (140x200cm) and an extra bed, a TV, air conditioning (hot and cold), dining table with chairs and a large glass door with access to the balcony or terrace. The whole apartment has WIFI (private connection inside the apartment).

TERRACE
On the terrace you will find the table with chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the mountain.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has a large fridge, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, crockery and everything you need to cook. Guests can also have access to the washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.

ENTRANCE HALL
Upon arrival you will see the entrance hall that has a built-in wardrobe where you will have at your disposal cleaning supplies.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right in front of La Paloma Park, where the animals are free and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina park, Sealife Center, Cable Car and Bill Bill Castle.

The distance to Santa Ana beach is a 3-minute walk.

NOTE: Only one of the pools is heated and will be open in winter (2022-2023), it is outdoors, PLEASE CHECK DATES. Claims for pool hours and possible restrictions on their access and operation will not be accepted, which must be respected at all times.

Guests can make use of the car park and the communal swimming pool free of charge. The opening and closing dates of the pool may change so it is important to check.
