Beautiful and comfortable apartment located close to the beach in the best location of Benalmadena, just 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the Bil Bil castle on foot. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (150cm), and the other one with 2 single beds (90cm), fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, TV, WIFI (private connection inside the apartment), air conditioning (hot and cold) in all the bedrooms, a terrace where you can relax and private parking.

The space

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a double bed (150cm), two bedside tables with lamps, sockets on the sides of the bed, a large wardrobe, and air conditioning.

The secondary bedroom has two single beds (90cm), a bedside table with a lamp, a large built-in wardrobe, and air conditioning.

HALL
The living room has a sofa bed, flat-screen TV with a table, dining table with 4 chairs, a lamp, and a modern coffee table and air conditioning.

KITCHEN
The apartment has a large, fully equipped kitchen, with an induction hob, microwave, toaster, oven, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, and all the basic cooking utensils.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink with drawers, and washing machine. You will also have a shower mat, towels, and a laundry basket.

You will have at your disposal a terrace with views of the pool and gardens, table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a family gathering.
